1. 原来的工程基于 spring-io/initializr ，但 spring-io/initializr 本身版本已变化非常大，代码已无法合并 2. 原来的工程生成的代码是基于spring boot 1的，已经过时 因此，上线一个提示页，提示用户去 https://start.aliyun.com/bootstrap.html 创建 dubbo工程。
