The project throws error when I execute it on my machine

I have been trying to execute the project by following the readme file of the project. But it throws the following errors. I have tried to look up these on the internet but couldn't find any solution. It says could not find any Visual Studio installation to use but the Visual Studio 2019 is already installed on my device.

I would be highly thankful for any sort of guidance on this issue.
