Nodes Appear as Registered on Dashboard & Grid Proxy, but not in ZOS Console

NodeIDs_7957 & 7961.

• The Nodes are registering at some point and are showing as "Up" in the node-finder section of the dashboard, but when you click into the node details it shows offline/sleeping.
• Node registration/status also checks out with GridProxy where the status shows "up", but node health indicates "healthy":false.
• Zos screen shows the nodes are still registering.

• Zos nodes logs for 7957 showed integrity check failed owing to read only, so we suspected it could be a disk issue. However, the user inserted a brand new disk and resulted with the same scenario for NodeID_7961.

• Zos logs in the case of 7961 showed no fatal errors, and progressed from the node registration failure, but remained an issue.
