Bump virt-what version

A farmer reported that his Microsoft Surface devices were improperly detected as VMs by Zos. Upon inspecting virt-what source code used to determine if a node is virtualized, I found that an update between the current version and latest version of virt-what fixes the issue. In short, any device with Microsoft listed as manufacturer is flagged virtual in 1.20, whereas 1.22 also includes a check for Product Name: Virtual Machine.

Propose to bump virt-what version here from 1.20 -> 1.22.
