Cannot run Golang server and failed building proto.

Environment:

  1. MacOS BigSur 11.5.2 (Intel)
  2. Please version 16.14.0
  3. Golang go version go1.17.2 darwin/amd64

Step to reproduce to run Golang Server:

  1. Install please with Homebrew
  2. Clone this repo
  3. Run plz run //go/server:server

Step to reproduce to build proto:

  1. Run plz build -i go -o proto.language:go
