Add Prizes to Thoth data model

Add a new table for Prize with a one to many relationship between Work and Prize (i.e. one Work can have many Prizes). Fields to be determined, but ONIX could be used as a basis, which supports Prize Name, Year, Awarding Body, Country, Statement, as well as many more fields.
