Add US States to Institution Metadata

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When selecting "United States" as Country in for a new Institution, there is no way to encode State, which is standard metadata for US institutions.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be a dropdown menu underneath Country that allows you to select State (AL, CA, TX, etc.). I guess this also holds for Canada and Australia.
