Instant Response for Glossary

Add the capability to include glossary results in instant response search, with the option to enable or disable it. Results could optionally appear before or after the FAQ results.

I have made a simple mockup that shows how to use this. I think a better design could replace the current results page, as well. Something to give it a more structured look. Hopefully this gets picked up by PhpMyFaq team or at least serves as inspiration :)
