Howfix this issue for windows 10?

I got the same problem but:

  1. My Os - windows 10
  2. The problem appears only when java process is running more than 3 days.

Is there away to fix?

Also for Unix systems you suggest 127.0.0.1 localhost mbpro.local but what is mbpro.local ?
