remotePath slash does not work in 34.7 with WSL

Updating to the latest 34.7 it does not work to sync with WSL

With the following remote path: "sync-rsync.useWSL": true, "sync-rsync.sites": [ { "remotePath":"[email protected]:/home/goog/alf/", "localPath":"/mnt/c/Users/goog/alf/", "upOnly": true } ]

The following rsync command is the result: rsync -rlptzv /mnt/c/Users/goog/alf/ [email protected]:\home\goog\alf/

and susequently it syncs to: homegoogalf

on the remote host

This may be fixed with 0.36.0
