Windows 環境でのパッケージビルドエラーを解決する

原因ははっきりしないが npm ERR! code ELIFECYCLE が発生する。最終的なゴールは下記の通り。 まずは、ローカルで electron:build が成功するようにする。

  • basic editor の Windows パッケージのビルドが GitHub Action で成功するようにする

@maeda-m windows のビルドエラーの件、なかなかやっかいそうなので、話す場として issue を作りました（プロジェクトのカードから convert to issue した）。アサインしておくのでよろしく。私もなにかわかったらこちらで共有します。

  • section editor の Windows パッケージのビルドが GitHub Action で成功するようにする

section editor のビルドエラーは https://github.com/thinreports/thinreports-editor/pull/129 のhttps://github.com/thinreports/thinreports-editor/pull/129/commits/c82de35c3edc9cdd2edcb9c88be179fe2a54c9bc で修正されます。description から削除しておきます。

同じ closure library を使ってる google のプロジェクトでも全く同じエラーについての issue があった。 https://github.com/google/shaka-player/issues/3369

Python on Window で、パスやファイル名の長さの制約があるのかも？
