Handle resolution changes

The daemon and preference pane both have hooks for resolution change, but the hook doesn't seem to work in the daemon. In addition, some TabletPC systems are able to automatically rotate the screen graphics, but the digitizer coordinates remain the same. TabletMagic should be able to detect resolution changes and to detect when the screen is rotated so it can adjust the coordinate system.
