Random Quote Generator

Develop a Javascript Quote Generator app.

There must be a button to randomly fetch the quote.
After a few minutes of not pressing any key, the quote should automatically be changed.

The background should be changed every time the new quote is being fetched.
There can be a search/select bar for random quotes from a particular personality/theme.

Any number of people can work on a single issue, This issue is open to all.
