Include task notes in Markdown output

I love having an easy way to display Things projects and tasks in Markdown form, but if the tasks have notes attached to them, they don't appear in the Markdown. That's too bad!

I'd like to add the feature to include task notes in Markdown output. I've already started, and I'll make a PR soon.
