Fails to login in mobile Chrome

I have an online training website built in CodeIgniter and I've noticed my paid videos don't play when logged in. I started debugging the issue and it took me to the library. It seems there's problem with sessions. I've change my session config in number of different ways and it still fails to log. It simply looses the sessions. Have you observed similar issue and how haw you fixed it? Thanks
