Runtime NodeJS version in CFTemplate needs to be updated.

Simple update, but thought it would be worth mentioning.

"ContactUsFunction":{ "Type":"AWS::Lambda::Function", "Properties":{ "Runtime":"nodejs16.x", <--- this parameter works in 2023, unlike original template.
