Database load in idle

What is this bug about?

In idle, there are a lot of database queries.

What steps are needed to reproduce the bug?

• Create a new application from chat template
• Use PostgreSQL database (set appropriate environment variables: CONSUMER_PROGRESS_STORE_OPTIONS, ...)
• Start backend (npx wolkenkit dev)

What else should we know?
