Trouble with gta3.std.stream plugin

After installing the modloader 0.3.7 in a clean GTA SA US 1.0, the game crashes at loading screen. When I install the fastman92, it outputs an error box:

"Error 0x534134, model ID 3991 does not have loaded collision."

I haven't any map/buildings mods installed. After disabling plugins one by one, I find out the problem is in gta3.std.stream. Disabling it, the game (and modloader) works normally, but the .dff .ipl .txd mods obviously don't load.
