Implement HTML rendering of some sort

We need to implement a HTML renderer of some sort - WebKit/Blink seems like overkill and porting that is WAY beyond my coding ability, but if anybody feels like it then good luck!

I'm thinking either we roll our own or use NetSurf's engine. (unless somebody ports WebKit/Blink)

Looks good for what we need.
