add save option for output for DET

This may refer to this issue: Is there a possibility to save the 'diffxpy.testing.det.DifferentialExpressionTestRank' element yet or else, can you recreate it from csv? Otherwise I have to recalculate my DEGs when I want to use diffxpy methods on them like .plot_volcano.

OK I just noticed you can use pickle to save the diffxpy outputs
