Learn: Tutorial Update

Idea being proposed
Redo the Quire Basics tutorial found in the Learn section so that it is 11ty compatible.
What contribution category does your proposal fall under?

- [X] Separate v0 and v1 tutorial
- [X] Move v0 out of learn and into documentation
- [ ] Move v1 out of learn and into documentation-v1 once approved
- [ ] Create new images

I'm also tempted to move the tutorial into the documentation. I feel like many people skip it because it's buried in the Learn section.
I also think we should rename the Learn section "Resources" or something to that effect.
@geealbers FYI - I'm going to rewrite everything I can for this, but some of the content will be impacted by any changes we make to the default starter content. We won't really be able to share this tutorial until that is locked down.
