V1 Docs: Figure Images (Partially Complete)

Idea being proposed

• [x] Update directory structure '/_assets/images'
• [x] Remove "[note]" and give example
• [x] Check if there is anything we want to add to bullets about image best practices
• [x] Confirm if we still use aspect ratio
• [x] Warning is redundant with "note" section above
• [x] Put traditionally on the next line and add bullet points
• [x] Change to figureLabelLocation: below # below | on-top. There does not appear to be a location to turn figure labels off with false value. Confirm that I can remove the "text before and after" information.
• [x] Confirm if label="false/true" works
• [x] Confirm if theme will still image width of figure image (see tip as well)
• [x] Confirm if pulled-left and pulled-right still work
• [x] What src image is being referred to in the tip?
• [x] Confirm that videoFigureFallbackText is no longer in config.yaml.
• [x] Confirm tip about "unlisted" youtube videos
• [x] Fix image directory mention in "Add Tables" and "Add Basic Figues" section
• [x] Add guidelines for including SoundCloud audio clips

Add information about Figure Ref shortcodes: https://jira.getty.edu/browse/DEV-12060 very useful for adding figure callouts.

This will also impact our instructions in the Getty Quire Guide.
