Idea being proposed

• [ ] Double check the correct terminal messaging
• [ ] Double check quire commands (preview, install, new, stop, etc.) will stay the same
• [x] Remove Python 2 instructions are still relevant
• [x] Redo "Files for Content Creators and Editors" section based on new 11ty file structure. Focus only on the content folder.
• [x] Redo "Files for Developers" section based on new 11ty file structure
• [x] Double check if slug tip is still correct under "Create a Publication Outline"
• [x] Change 'weight' to 'order' in "Create a Publication Outline" section
• [x] Change note about index.md as this file is now required
• [x] Change the local host link to 8080 (although sometimes this can change so include not about that)
• [x] Check if tip about menu: false is still correct or if it changed like online: false
• [x] Remove GitHub tip about serial publication (move elsewhere and determine if still accurate)
