Documentation: Fix typo on "Implementation Considerations" page

Idea being proposed

In the implementation.md file, remove the extra period in the hyperlinked text, "Learn more about Prince's pricing plan." This can be found on the "Implementation Considerations" page in the first bullet point under the header "Affiliated Costs."
