Make module point to es2019 build

I think the worlds ready for it, and avoids awkwardness on libraries that depend on this.

There are two questions to answer:

  • would it be a breaking change
  • would it be worth it?

Both requires a quick comparison of generated sources to find the difference between 2015 target and 2019. However, I tend to agree - even 2019 is "3 years old", it has been a while.
