Would it be worth adding something that checks for the file presence afterwards and barks if it isn't there? That might reveal whether the file is not getting copied vs....
That makes complete sense. I'd only suggest then that the example helps the user understand | # Put some code here and expand _the last line to run it all_...

I saw something similar when the settings value for openAICompletionEngine was incorrect, though gpt-3.5-turbo-013 is a valid one so your problem may be something else.
