Tried it with and without zip code override.

I am also getting this same issue. I tried on Server 2019 and Windows 10 w/ same issue. I also tried the zipcode and lat/long overrides but it still fails.

I also tried the previous version.

Note sure if this is related but I am running this in a Hyper-V Generation 2 VM.

Getting the same error. A Win10 VM inside Server 2019.
