[feat] Premium Account supported?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Does teldrive support telegram premium sub?

Describe the solution you'd like Fast download and 4GB upload size

Additional context Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here. If i download a 2GB File it takes about 12min. If i download via a telegram client it takea about a few secs.

Or is there a setting?

I can see, that with rclone i get almost the full bandwith, bit via the Website it is quite slow

@Jopo-JP Can you share your Rclone config? I have the same problem even with Rclone... :-(
