同标题。期待。 另外，如果hosts内有中文，经hostadmin修改后，中文会变成乱码。 也就是 对中文注释的兼容会有些问题。

正如README提到的那样，如果是编辑了hosts文件，需要手工Flush Socket才能生效。 但是实测有另一种方式可以让Chrome自动更新： 1. 删除原hosts文件 2. 新建hosts文件 3. ipconfig /flushdns 这种方式下，Chrome无需Flush socket也可更新
