Enable automatic stop when executing queries

When using the external query mode, it would be helpful to have a way to set 
SOLRmeter to stop after executing all the queries in the file instead of 
continuously running until "Stop" is selected.

Unless there is already a way to do this that I'm missing.

No, currently this option is not available. Queries taken from the external 
file are not executed in the same order as they appear. There is an issue for 
it but it's still not resolved: issue #54
