Improve i18n Support

Only english is currently avaliable, other languages files should be added to 
the jar and also it's a good idea to be able to obtain the i18n file from the 
containing folder as with the properties file.

Removed milestone 0.2.1, there was no work done on this issue, I don't think it 
should prevent the release.
