Situation

From a conversation years back in the forum, Bloke made some good recommendations for guiding developer use of back-end main menu (i.e. where to put plugin names in relation to Extensions panel). These would apply to developer docs somewhere.

Objective

Track down what document that might be and see about working the notes into text somewhere.
