Update to Cadabra 2.x (as Cadabra 1.x is no longer supported).

The current Cadabra plugin for TeXmacs is for the (very) old 1.x series, which is no longer supported. This PR updates the plugin to the current 2.x series, which has TeXmacs support since 2.5.13.
