texei skinnyprofile retrieve doesn't display any warning in case of timeout

When running sf texei skinnyprofile retrieve, output in case of timeout will be the same as if the command succeeded: Retrieving Profiles... done. There should be a warning to know that the command didn't actually succeeded.
