I believe I have an unbeatable Randomizer (Hard) HX1740095

I believe this Randomizer seed (Hard) is unbeatable. Only options I have left are Lower Norfair and Maridia, which I cannot reach.

Found: Missiles Super Missiles Power Bombs

Charge Beam Ice Beam 14 E-tanks 3 Reserve Tanks Varia Suit Morph Ball Bombs Screw Attack Speed Booster

I'm missing both Hi-jump Boots and/or a Gravity Suit. I don't think it's possible. If it is, please let me know how.

You can access Lower Norfair with the Lava Dive technique. It's very difficult without Hi Jump Boots, but seems appropriate for a hard mode seed. Here is a tutorial for Bootless Lava Dive: https://youtu.be/qmlSDfw8FXQ
