I got every item that I could and went to Norfair without fighting Phantoon and am now stuck.

Hello, You can use the randomized Super Metroid roms solver (http://randommetroidsolver.pythonanywhere.com/) to check the techniques required to finish this rom.

For this rom the required techniques are: Mockball, Ceilling Damage Boost and Early Kraid.
