[Bug]: API-while uploading the file in post method getting error if the file name is lengthy

What is the current behavior?

I tried uploading the file using the post method in the binary option, and the file name is bit lengthy got below error saying the **"type": "entity.too.large"**a

What is the expected behavior?

should not have file name limitations the same use case is working fine in other tools

Steps To Reproduce

1. create the API request
2. upload the bit lengthy file name in binary option
3. check the error
