What is the current behavior?

when we are editing the key column in Parameter and when I tab expected to move value column in the UI but it's moving to somewhere else somewhere

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open API request
2. Type the key in the parameter and tab it goes to some other placeholder not to value in the parameter

it's moving the below-highlighted placeholder
