This supports UUID primary key types, and, also supports those whose legacy databases have tables with varying primary key field types.
Our rails app has a mix of uuid and bigint id types. It would be awesome if noncommittal detected column type and constrained to a table like noncommittal_no_rows_allowed_uuid.
