Invalid Format

So I installed wallset and tried setting the wallpaper with the format .mp4 it said Invalid so I thought maybe use the given Video examples and guess what it says Invalid Format as well How to fix this ? Can I get an explanation please

same here, i don't understand why really cuz the command looks all right from what the author has explained.
