Why do you want to add this package to Termux?

Finger is a classic(and historic) GNU/Linux utility, it only makes sense to be able to install it on termux.
While it (the client) hasn't been updated in at least 3 years, it is feature complete, has a tiny footprint and completely usable/stable. There are still servers in use and recently even a hosting service has been created for this (finger.farm)
