Legend and axis labels in downloaded svgs'

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way of having legend and axis labels in downloaded svg's from tensorboard without re-plotting the data using another library.

It definitely should be possible and I would imagine the necessary change going somewhere near https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorboard/blob/master/tensorboard/components/vz_line_chart2/line-chart-exporter.ts.

This is not our priority at the moment but we welcome contributions!

Just +1-ing this, as it would be pretty nice. I really like how tensorboard sets up its plots, and it's so convenient. It would be really nice if I could just yoink my plots off of tensorboard! (Assuming it's not already possible?)
