Source reverse feature deprecated?

I was looking for the source reverse feature in the repo but then I came across this commit https://github.com/tensorflow/nmt/commit/9494594194892badf2ee510ef278500770c7c71c which seems to have removed the feature. @oahziur - may I know why this feature was removed?
