Fix incorrect zh translations in mailing-lists.md

• Corrected TensorFlow.js, TensorFlow Lite, and TensorFlow Probability descriptions in zh-mailing-lists.md.

• Previously, these items were mistakenly translated as "Tensor2Tensor discussion and peer support." This has been fixed to correctly reflect their respective TensorFlow projects.

• Ensured consistent terminology for "peer support" (同侪支持) across the document.
