elvis: elffmt.exe missing
Your port of the elvis editor does not inlclude the elvfmt.exe formatter, which is menioned in the documentation. If at all possbile, please add it to the port. mbert's elvis has fmt.c, which looks like the same tool with the same command-line options.
This tool actually is provided, as fmt.exe. The updated man page has the correct name, but your version still has elvfmt.
