[feature request] add the option to have East to the right

Hi! amazing piece of software. Is there any chance to add an option to have east to the right and west to the left?

Do you mean rotate the map (north at bottom) or mirror the map (south at bottom)? Rotating the map would be nice, there is already #29.

in 1.13.0 the chart can be rotated from the 'Settings' dialog.
