[Feature Request] Show activity start to close timeout in WebUI

Today it's only shown in JSON history.

It should be in history tab or pending activities tab.

We do currently show the Start to Close Timeout in the event history.

We have deprecated the old UI, our docker-compose runs the new UI by default on http://localhost:8080.

@Alex-Tideman I am actually using the new UI. So it doesn't have start to close timeout for activity. What you just shown me is workflow task. Workflow task is different thing :D
