Misleading error message when buying minimal RAM

Overview

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the account page
  2. Click on Resources
  3. Click on the Buy Ram tab
  4. Buy 0.001

Current behavior

The transaction fails with the message `Transaction Failed: Error: assertion failure with message: must reserve a positive amount

Expected behavior

The minimum purchase value must be validated before the request is sent
