Feature request: whitelist only some forks.

It would be useful to have a property where we could specify a comma separated list of forks that would eventually trigger pipelines on pull requests.

It could specify for example a list of users. The pipeline will be triggered for their forks only. whitelist_forks: mariusleu,telia-oss
