Server stopped working.....

As im using scriptCam for my small project.. unfortunatly its stopped working as in my thought the server problem which do not give us to use this functionally..

problem detected when we enter in website... any body clear this issue.. >>

"Connection to Tomcat has been closed. Tomcat may be restarting. Please retry later. Administrator: please check your log file for detail on this error if needed."
